By Emanuela Gallo '19 According to the Billboard Hot 100, the top song at the moment is Rockstar by Post Malone featuring 21 Savage, which is being approached by "Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)" by Cardi B, which has spent 18 weeks on the charts. She’s had more than 40.8 million listens through streaming platforms, including Spotify and YouTube.
Logic’s first Top 10 track, "1-800-273-8255" featuring Alessia Cara & Khalid, currently sits at #3. "Feel It Still" by Portugal. The Man bumped up a spot since last week, now at #4. Imagine Dragons’ "Thunder" has risen from its spot at #8 from last week. It has now peaked at #5 on the Hot 100 and #1 on Billboard’s Alternative Songs. "Sorry Not Sorry," the lead single off of Demi Lovato’s recent album Tell Me You Love Me, is the highest charting song of her career, and currently at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100. Sam Smith’s sixth #1 single, "Too Good At Goodbyes", is currently #8 on the charts. It debuted at #5, his highest yet, and opened with 90,000 copies sold total. "Look What You Made Me Do", the lead single from Taylor Swift’s anticipated album Reputation, is currently at #10, after debuting at #1 for 3 weeks on the Hot 100. It has also broken the record for the most weekly streams ever for a song by a woman.
