Dealing with stress?
Losing hours of sleep?
As high school students, we deal with two big issues:stress and sleep. They affect our mood, how we perform at work and in school, and our relationships with others.

How to deal with sleep deprivation:
1. Avoid social and recreational drugs. Caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine, all disturb sleep. They can affect daytime performance, anxiety, and alertness. They also cause headaches, sweating, and nightmares.
2. Eliminate electronics. Do you sleep with your phone and/or laptop right near you in bed? You will feel so much better after putting technology away for a while. Technology is distracting and may reduce your sleep time.
